The SRH Chardonnay is composed of many different Chardonnay clones grown on eight lots across the Lafond Vineyard. Each clone has distinct characteristics, and each lot consists of different types of soils.
Winemaker Bruce McGuire creates an incredible depth of flavor by layering the unique characteristics found in each clone. Finally, this wine undergoes barrel aging before it is ready to tell its complex story

Vibrant aromatics of crisp green apple tart with hints of lemon meringue. The wine is soft and delicate on the palate with moderate acidity, showcasing notes of ripe pineapple and peach with flavors of key lime, honey and vanilla on the finish.

Winemaker Notes
This wine is comprised of 5 clones of Chardonnay vines 13 - 21 years old. Bright, ripe tropical fruit is complexed with the barrel fermentation. Texture and persistence adds to the total mouth experience.
