Lafond Vineyard dedicates most of its space to Pinot Noir, but keeps room for Grenache in a section just north of the Santa Ynez River. Winemaker Bruce McGuire fostered the idea of growing cool-climate Grenache on the property, and the results have been rewarding.

This wine has aromas of crushed strawberries and plums. Bright fruit flavors followed by a clean and refreshing finish make this rosé easy to enjoy.

Winemaker Notes
This was the last fruit picked in 2023. This crisp wine has bright red fruit of cherries and plums with a little spice on the finish. The grenache is from Lafond Vineyard with 76% being Chateau Rayas clone in Chateauneuf du pape and 24% Tablas Creek clone from Chateau Beaucastel in Chateauneuf du pape.
